Nothing complements fashion better than fabulous food and cocktails, and no one knows that better than Eggwhites. Eggwhites was thrilled to be part of Juicy Couture’s 1111 Lincoln Road Grand Opening celebration. Juicy Couture’s new home at the architecturally iconic location is the brand’s first store in South Beach.
Celebrities mingled with VIP guests to get a first look at the 1,600 square foot art deco retail space. Actress Camilla Belle (The Lost World: Jurassic Park and When A Stranger Calls) was in attendance along with Wilhelmina models Holly Owens, Lacey Nelson and Quinn Gaillard. Also in attendance was Jonathan Cheban of the Kim Kardashian produced E! Entertainment show The Spin Crowd.
The vibe of the exclusive opening was set with a Miami themed cocktail party highlighted with tunes from the renowned Australian DJ duo, Mim and Liv Nervo.
Eggwhites Catering created a California-inspired menu of light bites in line with the beachy feel of their collection. Passed hors d’oeuvres included Turkey Burger Sliders with Avocado Mayo and Caramelized Shallots, Tuna Tartare Mini Cones with Green Habanero Foam, Chicken Breast Skewers with Grilled Artichoke and Red Onion, Chilled Strawberry Champagne Soup Shots and Mini Pink Juicy Sorbet Cones.
Eggwhites also created a signature specialty cocktail called the “Juicy-tini”, a refreshing mix of Vodka, Champagne, Fresh Strawberries and Mint.
