I was blessed and lucky to have interned at Eggwhites Special Event under the supervision of Chef Gary Lampner. During my internship, every menu item was prepared with fresh products and by experts’ hands with a focus on excellence in flavor and presentation. Customer service is number one in their vocabulary. They work to provide their clients with the best possible way to fulfill their desires starting with the event manager and culminating with the serving staff. They all work together as a well-coordinated unit. I was so impressed with the process and with how much my skills improved while working with Chef Gary and his team. At the end of my internship on December 3rd, I took away with me the happy realization that it is possible to provide service in South Florida with a focus on excellence.
