We host a wide range of corporate and social events including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, galas, holiday parties, weddings, proms, graduations, religious ceremonies, and private celebrations. Our custom catering plans scale to fit your guest list perfectly.
We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance for peak wedding seasons (October through May in South Florida). For corporate and last-minute social events, we do our best to accommodate bookings with 2 to 4 weeks' notice depending on availability.
Yes! We offer private menu tastings for confirmed wedding and major gala bookings. This allows you to collaborate directly with our executive chef to refine flavors, presentation, and menu pairings for your celebration.
Absolutely. We accommodate all dietary restrictions including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Kosher-Style, Halal, and specific allergen restrictions. Our culinary team ensures every guest enjoys a safe, premium meal.
