We are egg-cited to announce the launch of our newly designed interactive website which goes live today! An uncluttered design, lots of fresh photos and a sampling of our menus and event solutions will make it easier for our current and prospective clients to find useful information about our services and highest standard of excellence.  The URL is the same, so you can keep your bookmark or go ahead and add it to your favorites now!  The user experience has been dramatically enhanced to reflect the Eggwhites process.

Our History and the Eggwhites Name

Celebrating our twentieth year in operation, our mission at Eggwhites Special Event Catering is simple – to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary with integrity, expertise, and precise attention to detail.

In 1993 Chef Lampner was on the verge of opening a dessert restaurant with a focus on soufflés but was compelled to move into the world of off-premise catering. The name Eggwhites seemed fitting.  To successfully prepare a beautiful soufflé is an art and a science. Every soufflé has two basic components – the base to provide the flavor and foundation and the whipped egg whites to provide the “lift”.  Like the soufflé, everything has to be just right for the event to come out beautifully. Eggwhites’ expertise coupled with our understanding of the ingredients and the process produces that perfect, elevated experience every time.

With a reputation for the highest level of personalized service since 1994, Eggwhites Special Event Catering is South Florida’s industry leader in culinary arts, event design, and production. Chef Lampner’s renowned catering company began its life at the landmark Shelborne Hotel on Miami Beach. After a short time, the Eggwhites operation underwent a major expansion and moved to North Miami where the Eggwhites commissary, showroom and offices currently reside in a state-of-the-art, 8,000 square-foot facility.
