This winter holiday caterers are in high gear! This season is our busiest time at Eggwhites Catering but we still take the opportunity to give back to our community.
Every Christmas, Chef Gary Lampner leads his family and members of the Eggwhites team at the Salvation Army for a day of service. Eggwhites works with other volunteers to prepare a substantial hot holiday meal for the less fortunate, sharing gifts and socializing with the residents of the Salvation Army shelter in Miami. Chef Gary said "the idea is to transform packaged and frozen food into a restaurant-quality meal. Among the offerings: tilapia francais, guacamole, sun-dried cherry and cranberry chutney and roasted turkey."
"For us, it’s about being able to give back,” said Chef Lampner. “This is fun for us.”

We have so much to be thankful for and we continue to donate thousands of meals in Miami via organizations such as X1 and the Chapman Partnership. It is important that we continue to enrich the communities in which we live. We are committed to distributing nutritious and delicious food to people in our local community who are experiencing hunger year round, not just during the holiday season.
