Eggwhites Special Event Catering was honored to cater a very special evening for the Core Creative members of Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM).  Guests were in for a treat at the beautiful bay front home of Valentina and Jeffrey Gutchess.

Guests enjoyed dinner by Eggwhites Corporate Catering Miami  and signature cocktails by Mandarine Napoléon. A Miami-inspired menu included passed hors d'oeuvres such as Caviar topped Tostones with Key Lime Foam, Grilled and Chilled Gambas with Red Pepper Aioli, Peeky Toe Crab Cakes with Green Chile and Dark Rum Spiked Lobster Bisque Shooters. More substantial small plates were passed in lieu of a sit-down dinner to enable guests to comfortably move around the party. No knives necessary for our Seared Sea Scallop with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Truffle Oil and Filet mignon with Gorgonzola, Soufflé Potatoes and a Port Wine Demi Glace.

Guests took in the bay breeze while grazing from several food stations including a Pan Asian stir-fry and assorted salads.

PAMM patrons revelled in their passion for contemporary art amidst the Gutchess' own beautiful and vibrant collection.  Vitrines with Haute Horlangerie from Swiss watchmaker Vacheron Constantin were also on display. Vacheron Constantin is one of the world's oldest watchmakers and have recently opened a boutique in Miami.

The evening was one in a series of intimate events held in collectors’ homes for the group of PAMM patrons. These special events allow attendees a glimpse of the artistic point of view of other Core Creative members.
