CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES MIAMI BEACH
Leading Miami-based global real estate development firm Lionheart Capital is developing the new construction project The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach. Lionheart has recently hosted a series of very special events this spring to promote the luxury condo residences. The events were held at the luxe modernist-style sales gallery built on the former site of the Miami Heart Center. Eggwhites Catering has enjoyed our own kind of residency at the Miami Beach sales gallery. We have been catering food and beverage for a number of elevated sales events for the new property. Most notably, Lionheart hosted an array of high-profile cocktail receptions, elaborate VIP broker dinners, mimosa brunches and panel discussions. Each event was designed to introduce the highly anticipated ultra-luxury residential development to an elite real estate and buyer market. Eggwhites has been catering South Florida luxury events since 1994.
Slated for completion in Winter 2016, residents will subsequently indulge in its world-class hotel style, life-enriching amenities and concierge services. The Ritz-Carlton will be managing the property. By all means, residents can expect an elevated luxury experience delivered with Ritz Carlton's signature gold standard of service.

DINNER UNDER THE STARS
Some of Miami's most renowned brokers enjoyed a special DINNER UNDER THE STARS. Guests dined on the waterfront of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach across from the prestigious La Gorce Island community. Their achievements were celebrated with a six course Italian-inspired dinner as a nod to celebrated Italian master architect and designer Piero Lissoni. Lissoni leads the design team with the support of the premiere Miami architecture firm ADD Inc., known for its innovative spirit and deep expertise. Lissoni Associati works across various disciplines of architecture, imagining and executing visually arresting, graphically modern spaces.
Guests enjoyed an intimate six course dinner which kicked off with a lovely appetizer of Crab and Truffled Arancini with Red Bell Pepper Sauce. After the appetizers were enjoyed by all, boards of Charcuterie were served family-style. A colorful salad of Roasted Red and Golden Beets, Shaved Fennel, Pepitas and Montrachet were followed by a Pink Prosecco Sorbet. The sorbet was reminiscent of a magnificent Miami sunrise.
Guests sipped fine Italian wines while dining on their choice of entree. Pan Roasted Branzino with Pesto Gnocchi and Roasted Baby Vegetables was the seafood offering. Slow Braised Veal Osso Bucco, Grilled Chive Polenta and Glazed Baby Carrots was a special treat for meat eaters. Vegetarians enjoyed a Napoleon of Grilled Vegetables. The evening of celebration ended in grand fashion with remarks by George Makos, VP of Sales. Finally, the "piece de resistance" was a stunning dessert presentation. 24 CT Gold Chocolate Espresso Tiramisu was topped with Field Berries and Caramel Creme Anglaise. This special dessert was designed by Eggwhites Catering owner and Executive Chef Gary Lampner and Chef Michel Chiché.

Miami Heat star Amar'e Stoudemire hosted a very special “In The Paint Series” event for charity. Blue chip artist Daniel Arsham and Whitewall Magazine sponsored the event. Guests participated in an interactive installation with homegrown Miami sculptor and artist Tatiana Blanco. Eggwhites Catering food was passed - guests enjoyed luxe hors d'oeuvres, sweet treats and fine champagne.
The goal behind the event was to inspire guests to tap into their creative side. Because the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach will have the first residential art studio, a one-of-a-kind, Piero Lissoni-designed space! Residents will be able to unwind through sculpture, painting, ceramics, bead work, structured art classes and more.

Lionheart Capital hosted the Miami Master Brokers Forum (MBF) blue-ribbon panel discussion on medical tourism. They brought together more than 100 of South Florida's top-producing real estate professionals. Guests were greeted with a welcome reception. After cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner and panel discussion. Guests examined critical insight on Miami’s health and wealth industry.

Furthermore, a panel discussion provided critical insight on the state of the pre-construction and resale markets. The catered brunch took place in The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach grand, modernist-style sales gallery.
Mayi de la Vega, founder and CEO of ONE SIR, welcomed over 80 guests including real estate experts, brokers and buyers. Anthony Graziano, co-creator of TRENDS Real Estate Report and senior managing director of Integra Realty Resources, presented the 2016 real estate market report.
This event served as an opportunity to specifically target the real estate community. Henceforth, real estate professionals were encouraged to learn more about the current real estate conditions, including the rising economic momentum of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in a robust marketplace. Guests got a first look at Monte Carlo Yachts at A Celebration of Life by the Water event. Ideal for boat owners and water enthusiasts alike, the Residences will include a collection of 36 private boat dockages. and a VanDutch day yacht captained for access for the residents. Guests also relished the exclusive waterfront views at a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Funding Arts Network (FAN), an organization dedicated to the cultural enrichment of Miami-Dade County by providing a funding source for local visual and performing arts programs. Ideal for boat owners and water enthusiasts alike, the Residences include a collection of 36 private boat dockages. Furthermore, a captained VanDutch day yacht will be available for the residents' use.
